In addition to your invitation and envelope, we highly recommend including a way for guests to reply (either a mail in reply set or insert card for an online reply via your wedding website). It can also be helpful to include an additional insert card for any other relevant details like additional wedding events or travel and accommodation recommendations. You can also choose from an assortment of extras like envelope liners, belly bands, and wax seals on our finishing touches page.

We recommend including at least ten extra sets in your order beyond your final household count, for extras for keepsakes, photography, and as a buffer in case any are lost in the mail. Remember that you will need one invitation per guest household, not per individual guest.
After you place your order, you will receive a wording questionnaire where you can share the details for your invitation suite and any specific wording you’d like to use. If you would like assistance with the wording for your invitations, we’re happy to help! You can complete the kickoff form with the details, and we’ll use the completed form to create the wording for your first proof. You’ll have the opportunity to tweak any wording during the one included revision.

Choose from two design options for these wedding dinner menus, bringing the mid-century vibe to your wedding celebration! You can pair these with place cards, or print guest names directly on the menus themselves. These are flat, digitally printed cards on 118lb bright or natural white paper, and you can choose to upgrade to color paper, digital white ink, or duplexed double-thick paper for an additional cost.

Design Process

You will receive an initial proof within five business days of submitting both your order and your kickoff form. If you request a second proof with edits, we will send this within three business days of receiving your feedback. Any additional edit requests beyond the second proof will add to the timeline and are billed at $125 per hour, depending on the scope of the edit requests.

Production Timeline

After the plate proof is signed, production takes 15 - 20 business days. Please allow up to five business days of additional time for any finishing touches like envelope liners, wax seals, and assembly.

Shipping

Ground shipping is typically two to five business days, depending on the shipping address. Shipping charges vary based on the final weight of your package. FedEx Ground shipping costs are typically between $24 and $46. We can expedite the shipping for your invitation suite to Express Saver (three to four business days), 2 Day, or overnight, and pricing is available upon request.

Love this design but want to customize the colors and fonts to fit your wedding and style? We offer a number of options to make the suite truly your own! From a custom color palette to changing fonts or graphics to adding custom venue sketches or envelope liners, you can truly put your own twist onto your chosen design.
