The Twin Palms Save the Date gives guests their first look at your Palm Springs-inspired wedding, printed with the same retro-glamour mid-century pattern as your invitation suite. It shares your names, wedding date, and destination early, typically sent 8 to 12 months before your full invitation suite goes out.Choose one or two ink colors, or a blind-impression pattern for texture without color, then pick your paper and envelope combination to match. Guest addressing comes standard on every order, so your Save the Dates are ready to mail the moment they arrive.

1. Choose your collection. Browse our letterpress wedding save the date collections to find the design that fits your celebration.
2. Build your save the date. Select your save the date and envelope design options and colors, then add an optional envelope liner — all right here on this page. Note: Return address printing and guest addressing are included with all suite orders.
3. Add optional assembly services. Have our team handle full in-house assembly and mailing. Otherwise, your save the dates will arrive ready for you to DIY the assembly and mailing.
4. Check out. First partial payment is due at checkout, with the remaining balance due once we are in production. Your order kicks off the full design process as soon as you make the deposit.
5. Send us your wording details. We'll email you shortly after checkout. This is when you’ll share the details that turn your selected design into your personalized wedding save the date.
A complete suite typically includes:
Card Design — your Save the Date, printed in the colors you choose.
Envelope Color — pick a shade to complement your card.
Envelope Liner — an optional coordinating liner for a finished look.
Our team designs each piece and provides a proof of everything before it goes to print based on the colors chosen here and additional details in the kickoff form provided after purchase.

Shortly after you check out with the deposit, we’ll email you to collect details for your save the date. We’ll ask for:
- Names of the couple
- Wedding date
- Wedding location
- Wedding website
- Return address for envelopes
- Color palette
You won’t need to submit your guest list at this stage — we’ll provide a sample template, and your completed guest list will be needed in spreadsheet format.
Once we have your answers, our team begins designing your personalized save the date and sends your proof over for review before anything goes to print.
You'll receive your first proof within 5 business days of your order and completed kickoff form. If you request a second proof with edits, a revised proof follows within 3 business days of your feedback. Beyond a second round, additional edits are billed at $125/hour depending on scope.
