A complete suite typically includes:

• Invitation & Envelope — your core piece, in the paper, ink colors, and envelope liner you choose.
• Online Reply Card — the easiest way for guests to RSVP, no return mail required.
• (Optional) Mail-In Reply Card & Envelope — still available if you'd rather collect RSVPs the traditional way.
• Detail Insert Card — for the wedding detials every guest should know: wedding location, accommodations, transportation, your wedding website.
• (Optional) Additional Event Insert Card — for the celebration that isn't going to every guest. Think welcome brunch, rehearsal dinner, or a next-day after-party. A specialty card for those additional special events.
• Finishing Touches — a coordinating tag, in-house assembly,  and Thank You Card to round out the set.

Our team designs every piece and provides a proof of everything before it goes to print based on the colors chosen here and additional details in the kickoff form provided after purchase.

Shortly after you check out with the deposit, we'll email you a short kickoff form. This is what turns your order into your wedding invitation suite. It only takes a few minutes, and it's how we build your proof. We'll ask for:

• The names of the couple
• Your wedding location
• Your total guest count
• Guest names and addresses, if you'd like us to mail your invitations for you
• Any alternative or additional color schemes you'd like us to work in
• Special icons or event details specific to your celebration

Once we have your answers, our team builds your proof and sends it over for approval before anything goes to print.

You'll receive your first proof within 5 business days of your order and completed kickoff form. If you request a second proof with edits,  a revised proof follows within 3 business days of your feedback. Beyond a second round, additional edits are billed at $125/hour depending on scope  details in our ordering process page and Terms & Conditions.
